Costwell Consultants is a proudly New Zealand owned and operated with experience ranging throughout the North and South Islands. Established in 2017 we're quite new to the game but with a focus on building strong relationships with our clients we offer a trusted presence in an otherwise cut-throat industry. Between our team we have over 15 years experience within the construction industry.

Why engage a quantity surveyor? Many people don't realise what a Quantity Surveyor actually does.. And NO we aren't the guys with the sticks on the side of the road, those are land Surveyors and if you're looking for them you're at the wrong place. Quantity Surveyors are like construction accountants advising you about building costs and how to save and spend money in the most effective way throughout your project.

Many people think why bother spending money on a quantity surveyor it's just an extra cost. But they don't realise how much money you could save in the long run. Spending abit of money at the start of the project could save you alot at the end!
