Progress Claims - Everytime a builder does a job they usually want to get paid.. But how do you know the builder is claiming a fair amount for each invoice period. What happens if the builder overclaims and then goes bust on a project? Thats money you'll very most likely never see again. We can help you assess these progress claims to ensure both parties are treated fairly. Also during the construction of a project changes occur which were never thought about during the draughting of the project. These are known as variations, we can assess these figures to make sure you get charged the right price for the new changes and variations to your project.
Bank Drawdowns - If you need funding from the bank for a new build or renovation project we can help prepare estimates and cost to complete documentation so the help the bank make a decision on how much they can loan you. similar to progress claims we can assess the claims throughout the build to give your bank surety on what is happening on site.
Often a Insurance company will ask you for a value to insure your property. You can always use those online calculators but if your home is a one off how accurate are they? We will personally come to site and document all the unique features of your property and prepare a home specific report to ensure your build costs are covered in the chance of an unfortunate event.
